  1. Good guide. Another aspect I’ve learned it’s that whilst restrained injury can also be caused by too much struggling. Too much arching. It’s so easy to get carried away, and I’ve got a few enduring aches and pains as a result. I’m probably not the only one who has discovered that sexual energy and common sense don’t always make good bedfellows.
